Our site uses
an order form for customers to provide pertinent information related
to the preparation of, and subsequent payment for resumes,
cover letters and other job search services. We collect contact
information (e-mail addresses), financial information (account or
credit card numbers), and demographic information (phone numbers,
zip codes, job history, educational background, and related information).
Contact information
from the order form is used to prepare career materials, contact
customers when more information is needed, forward proofing materials,
and send final materials to our customers. Once we have completed
client projects, the projects have been approved and sent to our
customers, we do not contact the clients again unless contact is
first initiated by our clients.
Financial information
that is collected is only used to process payments for products
and services. Financial information is processed through a layered,
encrypted SSL secure process and is not retained, nor does it reside
on this site.
Demographic
and profile data is also collected at our site and is not retained
in it's raw form. We do archive completed copies of all customer
projects on two separate servers, in two separate locations in order
that we might retrieve original client materials at the request
of individual clients. This service is provided to our customers
as a means of recovering projects lost or misplaced.
This site makes
chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available
to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed
in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise
caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
This site has
security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our control. No information provided by
customers is viewed by any persons other than staff of A Write
Impression. We do not share a customer's personally identifiable
information with other parties, unless the customer gives us explicit
permission to do so.
